Karen Kring is not a nutritionist, but is an enthusiastic eater passionate about living well and helping her community eat better to live better.
Karen believes as Michelle does: There is not one right way of eating that works for everyone. Understanding the science behind our body’s relationship to food and being mindful about how certain foods make us feel is key to healthy living.
With Michelle’s encouragement, she’s weening herself off of ice chai lattes and chocolate croissants.
She’s also a member of the Rotary Club of Evanston.
